I'm from Argentina, where it's pretty common to have dinner around 9–10 PM, sometimes even later. I've heard that in the US, many people have dinner around 5–7 PM. Is that actually normal, or is it just a stereotype? What time do you usually eat dinner, and does it depend on where you live, your job, or your family?

My gf says that I am not a woman so I won't understand her and I should have no say in it.
