What's the most overrated tourist attraction in Germany?

I know the obvious answers are probably going to be Neuschwanstein Castle and maybe Checkpoint Charlie, but I'm curious what locals and frequent visitors think. What tourist attraction in Germany gets hyped up the most but ends up being underwhelming once you actually visit? And on the flip side, what's a place that exceeded your expectations?
