bought $40k in COST calls because of something i noticed at my local costco and i need you to hear me out before you say anything

i know. just read it. i go to costco every other sunday. same time, same parking spot, third row from the entrance. not because i can't walk. because the first two rows are for people who value their time more than i value mine and i've made a decision about that. last sunday i had to park in the fourth row. i have been going to this costco for four years and i have never parked in the fourth row. not once. and before you say "it was just a busy sunday" i need you to understand that i know wh

While all of these people were also waiting for the EU line. When I got into a discussion with them, the man decided to tell me that I should speak German if I'm in Germany. "Wenn ich in deinem Land bin, spreche ich deine Sprache" It pissed me off quite a bit, particularly because I have experienced

Locals or people living in germany able to shed some light on this?

I was in the south of Germany for a week on holiday last month and had a fantastic time. The only thing that’s been bugging me is that there were a few disagreements between me and my friend. For context I’ve living in Ireland for 4 years and he has been living in germany for about 5 years now. I like photography so whenever I point my camera at a castle or some popular landmark, people inevitably end up in the frame. It’s never intentional, but whenever it happened my friend completely lost t
