In a world full of olds, these should be the golden years for Carnival. Many olds I know planned to retire on these things. Perpetually buying a new ticket and living on the water until they die. A lot of people bought into Carnival after Covid died down thinking the worst was over. Now they have a 1-2 punch of fuel costs and insurance premiums. Other than filling their Olypmic sized swimming pools full of that sweet sweet liquid gold, I think they're just cooked.
